It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Walter Ochieng’ Otieno which occurred at Aga Khan Hospital Kisumu, on 2nd September 2026.
He was the beloved husband of Pamela Adhiambo of Probation Headquarters, Nairobi and a devoted father of Allan Otieno of Nairobi County and Daniel Otieno of NCBA Bank.
Walter was the beloved son of the late Mzee Elisha Otieno Oreta and the late Mama Margaret Odongo Otieno, of Nyamango Village, Kanjira Kochola, Homa Bay County.
The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary, Kisumu, on Thursday, 17th September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and proceeds to ACK St. Matthew’s Church, Adhiro Kanjira, Homa Bay County, where a Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thereafter, the cortege proceeds to his home in Kanjira Kochola for an overnight vigil.
Funeral service and burial will take place on Friday, 18th September 2026 from 10:00 a.m. at his home in Kanjira Kochola.
