It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Maro Harrison Kenneth who died after a short illness.
He was the beloved son of the late Harrison Lubho and Betty Namwezi, a loving husband of Hajio Kasse and a dear brother of the late Joyce Harrison, Masera Harrison, Hiribae Harrison, Maria Suke Harrison, Rukiya Bakari, Leila Bakari, Fatuma Bakari and the late Mwanamisi Bakari.
Maro was a dedicated employee of Coast Water Works Development Agency where he served with commitment and professionalism.
He was also a cherished uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend to many, including Zephania (KDF), Buya, Shamba and many others whose lives he touched through his kindness, humility and generosity.
The cortege will leave Jocham Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 12th June 2026, at 2:00 pm for a night vigil at his residence in Utange.
The burial service will take place at the residence on Saturday, 13th June 2026, followed by interment at Mbaraki Cemetery, Mombasa.
Maro will be greatly missed by his family, relatives, friends, colleagues and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
