It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Anne Nzilani Muoki (Founder, Bawa Hope) after a short illness.
Beloved daughter of Isaiah Makau & Elizabeth Wambua. Cherished and devoted wife of Andrew Muoki Mutisya. Doting mother of Tatenda Muoki and Thandiwe Neema Muoki.
Sister of Solomon Matheka (Russ), Peggy Mbithe and Peter Makau.
Daughter-in-law of the late Peter Mutisya and late Dorothy Mutisya. Sister-in-law of the late John Mutisya, Charles Mutisya, Mary Mutindi (Dota) and Kenn Nthenge.
Aunty of Chelsea Ngao, Baraka Njuguna, Shujaa Njuguna, Suki Njuguna and Kara Nthenge.
Anne Nzilani was a niece, cousin, friend, aunty, colleague and confidante to many.
Although Anne Nzilani’s passing was untimely, the time she spent in our lives was memorable and full of joy.
Meeting and prayers will be held at All Saints Cathedral on Friday 12th June 2026 from 5pm to 8pm.
A memorial service will take place on Tuesday 16th June 2026 from 10:30a.m. at ICC (International Christian Center), Mombasa Road.
The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Machakos at 9am on Wednesday 17th June 2026, for burial at the family home in Kalama, Machakos County, 10:00am.
