With great sorrow we announce the death of Martin Mbaka Matoke in the (UK).
The son of Hon Daniel Oguta Matoke of Nyangusu Bondonyo, Bobasi Constituency and the late Bathseba Ogake Matoke.
Grandson of the late Hon.Silvanus Matoke Oguta and the late Sarah Kerubo Matoke Nyangusu. ‘Omochokoro’ of the late Ontita Nyameyio and the late Sigara Ontita of Kiango ‘Bomachoge’. He went to Kiabonyoru Primary later he Joined Ambira High School. He taught at O’lkalou Secondary before leaving for Universityin the USA. Martin & Karen were blessed with late Tony. Olivia & Savana (UK).
Martin is a brother of Rose Nyansiaboka Matoke, Step son of Claire O’Nyakundi Matoke. Step brother of late Judy, Edward (USA), Carol (USA), Victor (Nakuru) and the late Titus.
Nephew of the late Agnes (Atlanta), Rachel (Texas), John (Nyangusu), Hon.Wakili Jane Matoke (Nairobi), Kephas (USA), David (USA), Dorcas (Nairobi) Kaunda (USA).
’Omoigwa’ of Samuel Otinta, Mosiria and Rael Nyameyio Cousin of Euphamia, Tom Matoke, Matoke David Jr, Keith Matoke (USA), Eddy and Angel Njagi (UK) Candida Matoke (Gilgil), Allan Nyakundi (Chad), The Manyuras, Misokos, Gutos, among others.
Preparations for burial are on going and will be announced.
