It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Donald Njeru Njoka, who departed this life on 30th May 2026 in Embu.
He was the beloved husband of the late Lydia Nkirote Njeru, and is also survived by his wife Nancy Wangeci Njeru, father of the late Catherine Kagwiria, Kenneth Mogane & Joyce Mogane, Carol Njoki & the late Moses Mathenge, Charity Gatwiri & Edward Mwaura, and Evalyn Njeri.
Grandchildren Jeremy, Tiffany, Tracey, Brandon, Victoria, and Vanessa. Siblings Felister Warue, Taracisio Njue, Sarah Muthoni, and Jacinta Weveti.
He was also brother-in-law of Mary Mburugu, Dr.Gladys Mwiti, Geoffrey Mugambi and Steve Mutuma and many nephews and nieces who all loved him dearly.
There will be a memorial service at ACK St. James Buruburu on Tuesday, 9th June from 2.30pm.
The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home in Embu at 8:30 am on Thursday, 11th June 2026 followed by the burial at their family home at Kithegi Village, Embu.
