It’s with deep grief that we announce the sudden demise of Mr Stephen Kiarie Ngugi which occurred on Friday 15th May 2026 through a tragic road accident, he was an accountant at Jumo Kenya.
He was the son of the late Daniel Ngugi Mundia and the late Janet Wanjiku Ngugi.
He was husband of Evalyne Njeri and loving father of Ted Ngugi Kiarie and Tess Wanjiku Kiarie.
He was brother of Njeri, Mundia, the late Njihia, Mugure, Wairimu, Ndung’u, Gathirwa,Wahuta, the late Kamau, Muturi, Nyakiringa, Wanjiru and Nyokabi.
He was son in-law of the late Simon Kamau and Regina Wanjiru.
He was brother in law of Mary, Elizabeth, Carol, Benson, Ann, Gaitho, Pauline, Salome, late Mwariri, Hika, Jane, Charity, Karanja, Mary, Mugo, Mutegi and Barack.
He was an uncle, cousin and grandfather to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily from 6 to 8pm at Greenspot kamakis and at his parents home Mukurwe in Gatundu North.
The cortege will leave KU Funeral Mortuary Thika Road on Wednesday 27th May 2026 and proceed for burial at their home Mukurwe Mang’u Gatundu North.
