She hailed from Gianchuku Village, Chogoria, Maara Constituency, Tharaka Nithi County.
Daughter of the late Japhet Ngaruni and the late Charity Karimi. Beloved wife of the late Isaiah Njage.
Loving mother of Charity Kageni, Mercy Mate, the late Gilbert Kyong Nyaga, Ashford Kithinji, Catherine Nyagah and Pamela Mwiti.
Mother-in-law of Dismas Mate, Rosebell Wanja, Rose Karimi, the late Nelson Nyagah and Dr. Mwiti Magambo.
Sister of the late Dunstan Nkonge, the late Erastus Mpaka, the late Ashford Mutegi, the late Newton Kithuchi and the late Anthony Kibaara. Sister of Edith Kanyua, Alison Cirindi, Patricia Kagendo, Silvia Igoji, Pamela Kaari, Rosemary Keeru and Doris Kinja.
Grandmother of Fridah, Evans, Jackline, Chris Tonui, Thomas, Helen, Christine, Morren, Sheilah, Dennis, Angela Mate, Emily, Mitchelle Nyaga, Allan, Hughes Kithinji, Lynette, Ronny Nyagah, Ian and Allan Mwiti. Great-grandmother of 16.
Family and friends are meeting daily at her Gianchuku home from 4.00 p.m. for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege will leave P.C.E.A Chogoria Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, 27th May 2026 at 9.00 a.m. for the funeral service and interment at her home in Gianchuku Village.
