
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Silas Kiptis Ben Chebon that occurred on Thursday 13th August 2026 after a tragic road accident along Nakuru-Eldoret highway, Soilo.
The late Silas was the son of the late Benjamin Chebon and late Julia Targok Chebon.
He was the husband of Salina Chebon.
Father of Faith, Phoebe, Joy, Naomi, Paul and Hope.
Father-in-law of the late James, Kennedy, Edwin, Jason, Ruth and Joseph.
Brother of Job, late Nehemiah, Gideon, late Micah, Martha, late Joshua, Truphena, Enoch, Hellen, Kenneth, Richard, late Zephania, Willy, Thomas, Late Sarah, Eisleen and Maria.
Grandfather of Ethan, Makis, Imani, Taddeo, Imara, Madisson, Tiaan, Baraka, Gracie, Daniel, Lisa, Tamara, Ted and Talya.
Uncle of Doris, Catherine, Godfrey, Gladys, Daisy, Dorcas, Beatrice, Rufus, Maureen, Alex, Raphael, Lydia, Everline, Kimutai and Daisy among many others.
Brother-in-law of Peter and cousin to many.
Fundraising will be held on Wednesday 2nd September 2026, at Bontana Hotel, Nakuru at 2:00 p.m.
The cortege shall leave Umash Funeral Home, Nakuru on 5th September 2026 for burial Ceremony on the same day at Home Ngata Nakuru from 9:00 a.m.
May the Almighty God grant his soul eternal rest.
