It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Nancy Anyango Ochina Kurui after a short illness.
Daughter of Benjamin Okuto Ochina and Teresa Akinyi Ochina of Nyakach, Kisumu County.
Beloved wife of Thomas Chirchir and co-wife of Peninah Kibet. Cherished mother of Cynthia Jebiwott, Kevin Kendagor and Emmanuel Kigen (Uasin Gishu County).
Daughter-in-law of Joshua Chebii and the late Pauline Teriki Chebii of Soibei village. Sister of Samuel Ochieng, Beldine Auma, Robert Ouko, Mathew Omondi, Yvonne Atieno, Georgian Awuor and Tabitha Achieng.
She was aunt, cousin, in-law and friend to many.
The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Farewell Home on Friday 10th July 2026 for burial at their farm, Kisegem Village, near Chemusian Farm, Emgwen Sub-Location, Kapkoi Location Uasin Gishu County.
