It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mr. Joseph Njiri Elijah (M’shaka) on 19th August 2026 after a short illness.
He was the beloved husband of the late Tabitha Ruguru Njiri (Former teacher).
Loving dad of the late Annet Karimi Njiri, the late Kagendo Njiri, Magu Njiri of CBK and Martha Njoki Njiri.
Brother of Cecilia Wandia, Alice Ruguru, Rebecca Magu, Josiah King’aru, Charles Simba, Shedrack Magu and Virginia Weveti.
Father-in-law of Henry Njeru and Molly Mukami.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Muchonoke village, Kiwwe.
The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home, Embu on Friday, 4th September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for funeral service at ACK Good Shepherd Muchonoke Church, Kiwwe. Thereafter, the body will be laid to rest at his home.
