It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Martin Mwangi Muriuri on 1st September 2026.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Grace Wanjiku Mwangi.

Sons: Collins Muriuri (wife Tabitha Wambui Muriuri and children Tesla Wanjiku Muriuri and Jeremy Mwangi Muriuri); and Gerald Karanja (daughter Vanessa Karanja).

Born on 24th December 1954, he was the son of the late Evans Muriuri Kariuki and the late Njoki Muriuri.

Brother to Jacinta Wanjiru Muriuri, Murithi Muriuri, the late Muchoki Muriuri, the late Mwaura Muriuri, the late Mbai Muriuri, the late Kamau Muriuri, the late Jane Njeri Muriuri, and the late Martha Mirigo Muriuri.

Brother-in-law to Henry Njugue, Sarah Wambui, the late Lillian Kamande, Hilda Mulgai, Lewel Kinyanjui, Alice Njeri, and the late Judith Wachaga.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 10th September 2026 at Ndioni, Ndeya, Limuru.

Daily meetings are being held at their home in Karanjee-Mlitini, 3rd Avenue.
