LEONARD MBUGUA KAGAI – Funeral & Burial Details Kenya

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the resting of Leonard Mbugua Kagai on 3rd October 2026 after a short illness.

Son of the late Joseph Kagai and the late Magaret Njeri. Husband of Grace Wambui Mbugua. Father of Ken and Dorothy, Fred Wamutwe, James and Caroline and Alex Wairunge.

Grandfather of Daphney, Lenny and Jacoby. In-law of George and Joyce Kigara, the late Douglas and Grace Wairungi, the late Samuel and Mary Gathunguri, Charles and Jane Koinange, Elizabeth Kanyi and the late Samuel and Rose Musyoka.

Brother of the late Esther Wanjiru, late James Njenga and Alice Wangari, the late John and Rosemary Wairungi, the late Charles Karuki and Esther Nduta, Peter and Mary Kimani, Samuel and Priscilla Nyamu, John and Damaris Kago, Rose Njenga and the late John Njenga. Grandfather and uncle to many.

Meetings are being held daily at his Njiku home in Kiambu County from 5pm.

Funeral service will be held on Monday 12th October 2026 from 10am at ACK ST Luke’s Muthurwa Church and he will be laid to rest at his family home in Njiku from 2pm thereafter.
