It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Gladys Muthoni Maina (Uraia Trust) on 5th September 2026 while receiving treatment in New Delhi, India.
Daughter of the late Fredrick Maina Gichubi and Florence Mwihaki Maina.
Sister of Helen Nyambura Maina (Oryx Energies), Arthur G Maina (Gichubi Construction) and Lillian Gichubi (ABSA Kenya).
Aunt to Kyle Muchiri Gichubi, Henry Gachenga Gichubi, and Emma Mwihaki and many more. A niece, cousin and friend to many.
Family and relatives are meeting at Jacaranda Estate up to 15th September 2026 for prayers and funeral arrangements.
A memorial service will be held on 16th September 2026 from 2:30 p.m. at PCEA Bahati Martyrs Church.
The cortege leaves Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home (Referral) on Friday 18th September 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and burial at Ndaini Sub location, Kagongo Village, Gakindu, Nyeri on the same day.
