It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of our beloved George Ian Kinuthia Wainaina, who departed this life on the morning of Wednesday, 26th August 2026, following a tragic road accident.
A devoted husband of Lorrine Kamwel Mwau, and a treasured father of Kelsey Wanjiru, Kyle Wainaina, and Nyla Wanjiku.
Son-in-law of Elizabeth Mwau and the late Stephen Mwau (Masil).
His family was the center of his life, and he loved them deeply and unconditionally.
He touched many lives through his kindness, humility, unwavering support, and genuine friendship. His passing leaves a void that words cannot adequately express.
Prayer meetings and funeral preparations are being held daily at the family home in Kikuyu, along Steel Rolling Road, from 4:30 p.m.
George will be laid to rest on Friday 4th September 2026 at their family farm in Mega Farm, Ondiri Kikuyu.
Though gone from our sight, George’s love, laughter, and beautiful memories will forever remain in our hearts.
