It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the death of Elizabeth Wanjiru Uno which occurred on Tuesday the 26th May 2026.
Daughter of the late Jason Uno and late Florence Njeri. Sister of the late Racheal Nyambura, late Charles Muiruri, Isaac Njoroge and the late Grace Wambui.
Wife of the late Charles Maina. Mother of Florence Njeri, Grace Wamoro, Faith Wambui and Joseph Uno.
Mother-in-law of John Kuria and Winnie Njeri. Grandmother of Agnes, Twila, Chelsea, Trixie, Tiana, Tabielah, Charlie and Chad.
She was aunt of many. Sister-in-law of late James Kinyanjui, late Felista Wairimu, Mrs Njoroge and Joram Wachira.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 7.00pm at her home Thika, Mountain view (Landless), opposite St John Mukasa Catholic Church, 7th Avenue for prayers and burial preparations.
The cortege will leave Kenyatta Referral Mortuary on Wednesday the 10th of June 2026 at 0900am.
The funeral service will be held at ACK St John Happy Valley church (Landless), Thika and burial will be held after at Mwana-wi-Kio opposite Landless.
