It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Wakili Mwangi Waiganjo of Mwangi Waiganjo & Co. Advocates.
Wakili Mwangi hailed from Nyagichi Village, Gikondi, Mukurwe-ini, Nyeri County.
Son of the late Emmanuel Waiganjo Wahome and Catherine Wanjiru Waiganjo.
Brother of Jane Wangechi, Ephantus Karuri, Albert Wahome, Lucy Wairimu, Edith Wangui, Lawrence Wamoko, and Mary Wambui.
Father of Sylvia Mwangi and Brian Kamau, Brenda Mwangi, Hilda Mwangi and Faith Mwangi. Also father of Catherine Wanjiru, Emmanuel Waiganjo, and Esther Kageni.
Grandfather of Imani Kamau. Uncle and cousin to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Nyagichi, Gikondi, from 4:00 p.m. for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege will leave Mukurwe-ini Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 3rd July 2026, at 9:00 a.m. for a funeral service at his home, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
