
It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen Ngei Musyoka, Founder of Makindu Motors Ltd, and his beloved wife, Gianaphina Mumbua Ngei, following a tragic road accident on Saturday, 20th June 2026.
Stephen was the beloved son of the late Joseph Musyoka and Dorothy Musyoka. Gianaphina was the cherished daughter of Ignatious Ndaisi and Monica Ndaisi.
Together, they were devoted parents of the late Mutuku, Alex, Rose, and Emmanuel.
Stephen was a treasured brother of Kasanga, Wambua, and the late Mutua, and to his sisters Katumi, Nduku, and Mwikali. Gianaphina was a loving sister of her brothers Austine, Januaries, Simon, John, and Muthiani, and to her sisters Margaret, Terry, and Tuta.”
They were a caring uncle and aunt, brother-in-law and sister-in-law to many, and dear friends whose kindness, warmth, generosity, and unwavering support touched countless lives.
Their legacy of hard work, compassion, and service to others will remain in the hearts of all who knew them.
Funeral Arrangements
Prayers are being held daily at their home in Shauri Moyo, Makindu, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Family and friends are also meeting daily at Hotel Connection, Mlolongo, from 6:00 p.m.
A fundraising meeting will be held on Wednesday, 24th June 2026, at their Makindu home from 3:00 p.m.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home, Machakos, on Friday, 26th June 2026, at 7.00 am for the funeral service and burial at their home in Makindu, Makueni County, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
