It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Ruth Awino Dimba, fondly known as Nyagem, which occurred on 23rd April 2026 at Siaya Referral Hospital at the age of 52 years.
She was a sister of Erick, Job, Benjamin, Pamela, Eunice, Elizabeth and Seline. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Dimba Nyabul.
She was a loving mother of the late Carren Dimba, Faith Dimba, the late Macreen Dimba, Dennis Dimba (husband of Malvin Dennis) and Martin Dimba.
She was a daughter of the late Jacktone Arek and the late Jedidah Arek. She hailed from Alego Barding, Ojalo Village, where she lived and was deeply cherished by family, friends, and the community.
Family and friends are meeting at her home in Ka Nyagem for funeral arrangements.
The burial ceremony will take place on Saturday, 16th May 2026, at her home in Ka Nyagem, Alego Barding, starting at 8:00 a.m.
