Son of the late Mwalimu Richard Mburu Kimani and Elizabeth Njoki Mburu.
Son-in-law of Charles Kahuho and Jacinta Wanja.
Husband of Teresia Njeri Gichuhi.
Father of Stephen Mburu, Kevin Kahuho, Lisa Njoki and Mark Mburu.
Brother of John Kimani Mburu, Laura Muthoni Wandile, Christopher Kinyanjui Mburu, Joseph Miring’u Mburu, the late Bernard Muiuri Mburu, Jane Wanjiiru Kamau and Catherine Nyawira.
Grandfather of Leoniah Teresia Njeri Mburu and Francis Gichuhi Mburu.
Family and friends are meeting at his Kabati Home from 5:00 p.m. daily.
A Candle lighting & Requiem Mass will be held on Tuesday, 8th September 2026 at the Maasai Mara University – Conference Hall.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home – Kabati on Friday 11th September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for a funeral service at The Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Machegecha.
Burial will follow at his ancestral home in Machegeca Village, Kagundu-Imi Location, Kandara Sub County, Murang’a County.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
