It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Patriarch, Mzee Geoffrey Kirungu Gicharu, which occurred on 16th September 2026.
He was the son of the late Cleopas Gicharu Kirungu and the late Esther Njoki Gicharu, the late Emily Njeri Gicharuof Njoro, Nakuru.
He was a beloved husband of Esther Njambi Kirungu. Doting father of Martha Njoki and Bernard Komen, Emma Kirungu and Kennedy Nduati, Steve Kirungu and Jackline Waithera, and Naomi Kirungu. Loving grandfather of Chebet, Amie, Ethan, Estelle, Ella, Kyla, Ivy, Olivia, Leona and Luke.
Memorial Service on Sunday, 20th September 2026 from 3:00 PM at AIC Church, Njoro.
Funeral Service on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 from 10:00 AM at AIC Church, Njoro. Thereafter, there will be a private interment at his farm.
