Loving husband of Anne Rachel Musimbi. Father of Betty Muhonja, Vivian Mideva, Eckersely Kisanya, Dr. Kigan Wycliffe, Sally Sagina, Nancy Kaisha, Caroline Aduka, Nelly Egado, Oscar Chabaga, Hopkins Lugaye, Phyllis Mideva, Macelin Kayaro and Victor Chabaga. Beloved grandfather and great-grandfather to many.
Son of the late Hezekiah Chabaga and the late Selina Aduka. Brother of the late Jones Mideva, the late Aziheta Egado, Hon Florence Tsindoli Machio, the late Absolom Lugaye and Everyn Minaya.
Son in-law of the Hezekiah Onzere and the late Berita Ululia. Father in-law of Hon. Henry Lumbasio, Beatrice Kisanya, Linet Kigan, Leonard Nyarigu, Chrispinus Juma, Hon. Dickson Lovega, Dr. Charles Magoma, Herbert Mukuzi, Josephine Chabaga, Josephine Lugaye, Paul Jirenge, Livingstone Masidza, Nerea Chabaga. Vasangi of Mang’ong’o, Shem Karani, Elma Lihasi, Onzwen, Ouma James, Sasita, among others.
A Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday 9th, July 2026, at Gagolosi Friends Church, Vihiga, starting 10.00AM.
The funeral service will be held at Nabwani Primary School, Sabatia Sub-county Vihiga county, on Saturday 11th July 2026, from 9.00AM there after the burial will take place at his home Gagolosi Village.
