It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Jackson Makau Mumo on 29th August 2026.
He was son of the late Mumo Mbungo and the late Mwikali.
Mzee Mumo was husband of the late Anne Mutheè Makau.
Father of the late Dorothy Loko, Mary Ngui, Lilian Wanjehi, Nzioki wa Makau, Paula Thuo, Michael Mumo, Ray Mutunga and Ralph Kavuti.
Foster father of Tony Mumo.
Father-in-law of Richard Ngui, Joshua Chege, Dorine Hunja, the late Elias Thuo, Freida Mumo, Jessica Mutunga and Catherine Kavuti.
Grandfather of Brian, Annette & Adil, Wangu, the late Muange, Michelle, Aisha, Mary, Kimberly, Nigel, Naythan, Malcolm, Ella, Hunja, Chiru, Njeri, Bradley, Mischa, Billy, Trevor, Brianna, Hannah and Maya.
Great grandfather of Maya Rwigi, Taj & Jahi and Zian.
He will be buried on Friday, 11th September 2026 at his Kateve home, Kasinga sub-location, following a funeral service to be held at the AIC Kateve Grounds.
