MAMA TABITHA NYAMOITA AOSA

With gratitude for a life well lived, we celebrate 90 years of love, laughter, and travel in honor of Mama Tabitha Nyamoita Aosa.

She was born to the late Betwel Sagana and the late Truphena Nyamatana. Her stepmothers were the late Boyani and the late Osebe. 

She was a daughter-in-law of the late Priscillah and Kemunto.

She was a sister of the late Eunice, Esther, the late Elder Enock, and Dr. Kanani; and a sister-in-law of Trizah and Truphena.

She was married to the late Nemwel Aosa Obiero and was blessed with seven children, namely: the late Ezra, Abner, Professor Evans, Grace, James, Kennedy, and the late Thomas.

She was a mother-in-law of Joyce, Eunice, Beatrice, George,Truphena, and Bathsheba.

She was a grandmother of Truphena, Kefa, Linda, Innocent, Gresselda, Natasha, and others, and a great-grandmother of many.

She was a cousin of Catherine, the late Onchiri, Victor, Samwel, Nyakeri, Patropa, Dr. Josephat, Sure, Mongare, Pastor Ondiba, the late Aosa, Robert, Mose, the late Nyameiyo, Mangera, and others.

She was a Korera of the late Mwambi, the late Bichanga, the late Michoma, the late Nyanchama, the late Reverend Obwaya, and Maroria.

Tabitha was a devoted Christian and served faithfully as a deaconess up to her demise.

Burial is scheduled for Friday, 26th June 2026, at her home in Kenyerere/Keginga Village, Borabu Sub-County, Nyamira County.
