It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Rebecca Chebii Keter which occurred on 10th September 2026 at Aga Khan Hospital: Kisumu. She was the wife of the late Hon. Eric Arap Keter (MP, former MP Belgut Constituency).
Daughter of the late John Talo and Sarah Telo of Kaboyek Village. Daughter in law of the late Kapten Leling and Tapasaron Leling of Kaptobot village, Kenicho County.
Mother of Evaline Ngetich, Charles Kipangat (KIP Advocates LLP-Nairobi), Simon Kipkoech (New Jersey- USA), Richard Kipngeno (Kipngeno & Associates Advocates-Nakuru), Joyce Kipru (Oikei Sec. School-Ngong), Dr. Robert Cheruiyot (Houston-USA), Alexander Yotin (Houston-USA) and Egla Brown (Dallas-USA).
The cortege leaves Lazarus Funeral Home on Thursday 24th September 2026 at 12 noon for a requiem service at Kaptobot residence.
The funeral service will be held on Friday 25th September 2026 at Kaptobot Primary school from 8 a.m. and will be laid to rest thereafter at Kaptobot home, Belgut constituency, Kericho County.
