It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mama Mary Kemunto Ndege, formerly of BAT Kenya Ltd, which occurred on 24th May 2026 in the USA.
She was the loving wife of the late Benedict Michael Ndege. Daughter of the late Yohanna Otero and Hannah Bisieri. She was mother of the late Joseph Mbogo, Theresa Nyarandi, Moraa Knoll (Neema), the late Gemma Moturi, George Nyairo (Jojo), Rose Angela Agunda, Evelyn Onchera, and David Mosoti.
She was a sister of the late Thomas Onyonka, the late Patrice Manyi, the late Agnes Mokerira, the late Andrea Mochoge, the late Rosa Mosira, the late Frederick Gichana, the late Lucia Mokua, the late Petro Onyonka, the late Melenia Magona, and the late Christopher Nyabuga.
Mama Mary was the beloved matriarch of her family, blessed with children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, spanning three generations, whose lives she touched with her love, wisdom, strength.
The main fundraising will be held virtually and physically at Ayany Court J on Saturday 20th June 2026.

Requiem mass will be held on the 24th of June at 2pm in Our Lady of Guadalupe Adam’s Acrade.
The cortege will leave from Montezuma Funeral Home on the 24th June 2026 at 11pm.
Burial Mass shall be held on Friday 26th 2026 from 10am at Bobaracho primary school.
