It is with much sadness and a sense of loss that we announce the sudden passing on of Linda Adele Ongola-Oyieke on 5th July 2026, in Mombasa.
She was the beloved wife of Victor Okoth Oyieke and doting mother of Courtney Hera and Bailey Geno.
Linda was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Mama Margaret Ongola of Awasi, Kisumu County, and daughter in law of Mzee Thomas and the late Mama Jane Oyieke of Kanyada Katuma, Homa Bay.
Sister of Ada, Brenda, May, Eric, Edwin, Victor and the late Rosemary. Sister in law of Mary, Jael and Anyango Oyieke, Joel Obura and Jacob Muoga. Family include the larger Ongola and Ojuka, together with the Oyieke and K’Ochieng’ families.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their residence in Utange, Mombasa. Burial arrangements will be announced later.
