It is with humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the passing on of our beloved Kennedy Muriithi Nguruka (Barney), on the 1 st of May 2026.
Kennedy was the beloved son of the late Dr.James Nguruka Njogu and the late Charity Wambui Kaguongo, and the cherished foster son of the late Sammy Mwangi Kiriethe and Mrs.Mary Wangui Mwangi of Nyeri.
He was a devoted brother of Veronica Njoki, the late Eric Kaguongo, Caroline Nyokabi, Dennis Kiriethe, Maureen Njoki, DianaRose, Emmanuel and Elizabeth.
A loving uncle of Melissa, Wambui, Macharia, Liam, Samantha, Tasha, TJ, Zion, Bethel, Leighton and Leila.
He was a nephew, cousin and friend to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at ACK St. Peters Cathedral Church Nyeri and at Murinduko, Mwea.
There will also be a prayer meeting in Nairobi at P.C.E.A St Andrews Old Church on Thursday 7th May 2026 at 5.30pm.
The funeral and burial service will be held at his Murinduko farm, Mwea, (P.I) on Saturday, 9th May 2026 at 10.00 am
