It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of John Kipng’eny Bii of Torit Village, Kericho County on Wednesday 24th June 2026.
He was the beloved husband of Esther Chepkemoi Bii. Father of Sally Bii (Principal, Kiptere Secondary), Emily and Edward Memusi (Twiggz Paradise, Eldoret), Willy and Emmy Ngemy (Millie Bride Tents,Kapsoit), Architect Stanley Ngemy (NHC) and Winny, Kenneth Ngemy (Kericho County) and Faith, Janet Bii (Egerton University) and Owen Magata (Advocate), and Anthony Ngemy.
On of the late Arap Kering and the late Ludia Kering of Sitotwet Village, Kericho County. He was a brother of the late Alfred Bii, Rebecca Rono, the late Mary Langat, and the late Joseah Bii. Son in law of the late Joseph Koech and Mama Rhoda Koech (Londiani).
Co-in-law of the late Samuel Ole Pussy and Phyllis (Narok), the late Joshua and Caroline Langat (Kipchimchim), William Ngemy and the late Rebecca Ngemy (Kaptebeswet), the late James and Phoebe Waswani (Kakamega) and the late Peter Nyaberi and Susan Nyamoiita (Kisii).
Grandfather of Kenneth (Dubai), Sharmone, Shirley, Melanie, Shirleen, Martin and Melissa, Alvin, Jeremy, Kelcy, Khloe, Armanda, Ethan, Miles, Kylie, and Ryan.
There will be a fundraiser today Wednesday 1st July 2026 at home (Torit) as from 2.00 PM, Kericho County and AIC Milimani, Nairobi as from 5.00 PM.

The cortege leaves MTRH Mortuary-Eldoret on 3rd July 2026 at 9.00 AM for a Memorial Service at AIC Torit Church, Kericho County.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday 4th July 2026 at Torit Primary School grounds from 10.00 AM.
Thereafter he will be laid to rest at his home in Torit Village, Kericho County.
