JOHN IRUNGU MAINA – Funeral & Burial Details Kenya

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of John Irungu Maina, who departed on 9th September 2026.

He was the son of the late Richard Maina and the late Esther Wanjiku, and loving husband of the late Mary Wanjiku.

He was a devoted father of Eva Muthoni, Ashford Maina, Tito Gachanja and the late Ian Muhuni, and a cherished grandfather of Misha Njeri, Kena Wanjiku, Castiel Irungu, Niten Irungu and Zamora Wangeci.

Family and friends will meet at Murang’a Level 5 Funeral Home at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 17th September 2026, from where the cortege will depart for the funeral service at ACK Emmanuel Church, Kandundu, Murang’a at 10:30 a.m., followed by interment at his home in Kandundu, Murang’a.
