It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Jacinta Wanjuhi Gituuro (CSO Kabare).
She was the beloved daughter of the late Peter Mbugua Kanyondo (Chihi) and the late Margaret Wahu Chihi.
She was the loving wife of Isaac Gituuro Kinyua (KNUT Chairman, Kirinyaga County).
She was the devoted mother of Peter Mbugua / Carol Wanjira, Antony Mwangi/ Phenny Loise, Michael Ndubai / Naomi Njeri.
A dotting guardian of Mary Wambui, Betty Kariri, Peter Kariri, Marylyn Kariri.
She was the cherished grandmother of Reuben Waweru, Diana Wambui, Derrick Gituuro, Georgina Wanjuhi, Aiden Gituuro, Jasmine Wanjuhi, Elvis Gituuro. She was also a great grandmother of Amaris Njeri.
She is survived by her siblings: John Kanyondo, Mary Wangui, the late Elizabeth Njeri, Francis Mwangi, Fredrick Ndegwa, Jane Waithera, James Macharia (Elibo Media) & Irene Wairimu.
Daily meetings are continuing in her home Gatunguru Village, Kirinyaga County.
The funeral service and burial will take place on 17th July 2026, at her home in Gatunguru, Kirinyaga County.
