It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Retired Senior Chief Geoffrey Mbugua Mutura, of Kikuyu Location on 13th June 2026. He was the son of the late Mutura Mwathi and late Salome Wairimu.
Devoted husband of Grace Wanjiru Mbugua.
Prior to his retirement, he served diligently as the Senior Chief of Kikuyu Location.
He is remembered by his wife, Grace Wanjiru Mbugua; his children, Salome Wairimu, Margaret Wambui, Jane Wanjiku, James Mburu, Leonard Mbugua, and Nancy Wanjiku; grandchildren relatives, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 18th June 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
The cortege will leave PCEA Thogoto Funeral Home and proceed for the burial service and interment to his Nguriunditu home in Muguga.
“We loved you, Dad, but God loved you more.”
