It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on, of our beloved Evangelist Deborah Wanjiku Kimani Kimenyi (USA).
She passed on 20 th April 2026 at California, USA, after a long illness, bravery borne.
She was wife of the late Stanley Kimani Kimenyi of Ndakaini Village, Gatanga Sub County, Muranga County.
She was daughter of the late Elijah Karagu and Grace Wanjiru of Kariua Village, Muranga County.
She was daughter-in-law of the late Stanley Kimenyi and the late Elizabeth Njeri of Githumu Village, Muranga county.
She was mother of Elizabeth Njeri (USA), Grace Koroma (USA),Virginiah Wamaitha (Shanice) of Kimenyi & Co. Advocates, Rhodah Muthoni (Umojah, Nairobi) and Josephine Nyambura Kimenyi (USA).
She was a mother-in-law of Robert Kimani,Yusuf Koroma, and Kelvin Kibe.
She was a sister of the late Rhodah Kahara, Nathan Ngonjo, Elizabeth Karanja, Peter Makara, Ruth Kirika, Hezekiah Mungai, Joy Muhota, Nelson Kamau, Arthur Gacheru, Joseph Ngure, Juliah Shankle, Juliah Carroll, and Henry Thumbi.
She was sister-in-law of Virginiah Wamaitha, Josephine Kabura, Margaret Wanjira, the late Florence Mweru, Lillian Wambui, the late Joseph Wambugu, William Mungai, late Professor Mwangi, the late Gideon Kamau.
She was a cherished grandmother of Stanley Kimenyi, Elijah Kimani, Grace Kimani, Josiah Kimenyi, Deborah Wanjiku, Brianna Muthoni and Eliza Wanjiku.
She was an in-law, cousin, auntie and mother-figure to many.
Family, relatives, and friends will be meeting at Holy family Basilica daily from 5.00 pm.
The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 15th May 2026 at 7.00 am for funeral service and interment at her home in Ndakaini Village, Gatanga Sub County, Muranga County.
She has fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7
