It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s sovereign will that we announce the sudden passing on of Emily Musewe Odongo of Ministry of Interior – State Department for Internal Security and National Administration on 30th August 2026 after a short illness.
Daughter of the late Mzee Peter Odongo and the late Mama Anastacia Odongo of Igula Village, Bukhalalire S/Location, Marachi Central Location, Butula Sub-County, Busia County.
Loving mother of Bruce Ottaro Musewe and Amelia Ndenga.
Sister of the late Julius, Jane, Paul, the late Fredrick, the late Irene, Oscar, Vincent and Collins.
There will be a requiem mass at St Jude Donholm Catholic Church on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on Thursday, 10th September 2026 and the burial ceremony will be on Friday, 11th September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Igula Village, Bukhalalire S/Location, Marachi Central Location, Butula Sub-County, Busia County.
