It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Benedict Ndungu Waweru.
He was a loving husband of Rose Mumbi, father of Dyonis Muthiora, Evans Gachigua, Timothy Kamau, Jackson Kariuki and a father-in-law of Eve Mwikali, Florence Wairimu, Alice Nkirote, Linda Njeri.
He was a grandfather of Nasha, Tajji, Zawadi, Anaya, Kiama, Curtis, Mumbi, Kendi, Ndungu, Lalao and Hari.
He was a son of the late Dyonisi Waweru Mucheke and the late Philomena Wamuhu.
He was a brother of Lucy, Sophia, the late Virginiah and Christina. He was a cousin to many and an uncle to many more.
Family and friends will congregate on Friday 08.05.2026 at Montezuma Funeral home at 8:00am, for body viewing followed by a funeral service at Nairobi Chapel Ngong Rd at 9:30am.
The burial will follow immediately after the service at Langata Cemetery.
