We announce the passing of Dr. Peter Karongo Kigutha of Njoro, which occurred on Sunday, 11 October 2026.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Prof. Hilda Kigutha nee Wamatu, and his daughter, Njoki Kigutha – Kiragu.
He is survived by his daughter, Sr. Mumbi Kigutha, son, Henry Kigutha, son-in-law Fredrick Kiragu and grandchildren Kyle, Seve, and Suah Kiragu.
A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held at ACK Emmanuel Church near Egerton University in Njoro on Monday, 26 October 2026.
