MRS RISPER AKOKO GAI – Funeral & Burial Details Kenya

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mrs Risper Akoko Gai at Kendu Adventist Hospital. She was a beloved daughter of the late Thomas Agalo and Malahath Obuola Agalo of Otok village, Central Karachuonyo.

She was the wife of the late Mr Dan Gai Aloo of Wagwe, West Karachuonyo.

She was the mother of Dr. Eunice Misiani, Dr. Judith Ojunga, Linet Gai, Betty Anyago, Advocate Wilfred Gai, Pr. Phillip Gai and the late Alice Ayoma. Mother-in-law of Pr. Samuel Misiani, Michaiah Ojunga, Robert Anyago, Tinna and Dr. Knollyne Gai.

Beloved Grandmother of Allen, Jesse, Benjamin, Joy, Claire, Cromwell, Awah, Gladwell, Lissa, Robinson, Maxwell, Thomas, Olivia, Linder and Mark Finley. Aunt of Gershom Omungu of UK, Milly, Davish among others. Sister of Elga Agalo, the late Edward Agalo, the late Sila Agalo, Rita Kugu, Simeon Agalo, late Col. Kepha Agalo. Sister-in-law of the late Samuel Guda, Nathan Ariwo, Rose Polo among others.

The family and friends are meeting for daily prayers at her home in Nyasanga, Lambwe valley.

Burial will take place at her home in Nyasanga, Homa-bay County on Friday, 23rd October 2026. There will be an online fundraiser on Thursday 15th October from 7-9 pm.
