It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu Dominic Zake Mwaura.
Husband of the late Joan Wanjiku Mwaura.
He’s a brother of John Mbagare and the late Magdalene Gathoni.
He was father of Edwin Munyori and Grace Waithira, Andrew Thuo and Susan Wangui (of Zawadi Schools), John Bakari and the late Diana Wanjiru, Faith Bakari, Jane Njeri and Bernard Gakuru and Joseph Njau and Virginia Nduta.
He was an uncle, a grandfather and a great grandfather to many.
Friends and Family are meeting at his Kanunga home every day at 4 pm.
The cortege leaves KU Referral Mortuary on Wednesday 14th October 2026 at 8.30 am for mass at All Saints Catholic Church Riara at 10.30 am followed by burial at his Kiangiru, Kanunga home.
