It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Alice Wambui Samuel on Tuesday 6th October 2026.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Samuel Gituu and Mariamu Nyaguthii.
Cherished mother of Gathoni Mungai, the late Thomas Gituu, the late James Gichuru, Peter Mburia, Rosemary Nyaguthii, the late Daniel Waweru, John Ng’ethe, and Robert Mungai.
A dear sister of the late Hon James Gichuru, the late Daniel Waweru, the late Arthur Mburia, the late Hannah Wanjiku, and the late Matthew Ng’ethe.
Grandmother and great grandmother to many.
Friends and family are meeting for prayers at the family home in Githunguri.
The funeral service will be at PCEA Ayub Kinyua Memorial Church in Githunguri on Wednesday, 14th October 2026 followed by the burial at the family home in Githunguri.
