It is with deep sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Isaac Tirop Rotich on 26th September 2026 at Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi, after a long illness. He was a former Principal Livestock Production Officer at the National Vaccines Quality Control Laboratory (NVQCL), PMD Embakasi.
He was the son of the late Kibonges Koskei and Esther Kabungel, loving husband of Ruth Sheila Rotich. Father of Brian and Brenda. Brother of Jonathan, Paul, Peter, William, Ruth, Mary, Ziporah, Emily, Sarah, the late Abraham, Joseph, Mary, the late James, Leah, Philip, Sally, Cyrus, Rachael, Kipchumba, Kipkogei, Aaron and Leka. Son-in-law of the late Sawe Maina and Esther Too. Brother-in-law of Isaac, Paul, Mary, Monica and Emily. Uncle to many.
The cortege will leave Kenyatta National Hospital at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, 9th October 2026. He will be laid to rest on Saturday, 10th October 2026 at his home in Mosoriot Village, Fla Sub-location, Elgeyo-Marakwet County.
