It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Dr. Joseph Maina Machang’i, which occurred on Thursday, 17th September 2026.
Dr. Joseph was the fourth born of Jacinta WanJeri Kanyi, brother of the late Cecilia Wairimu, Peter Njuguna, Esther Nduta and the late David Kuria.
He was also a beloved husband of Mrs. Anne Maina, and loving father of Elizabeth Maina and Anthony Maina.
MEMORIAL SERVICE
A memorial service will be held on Friday, 25th September 2026, at All Saints’ Cathedral, Nairobi, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
BURIAL
The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 29th September 2026, for Kiangwaci, Kirinyaga County, where he will be laid to rest.
