It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Beatrice Osare Simiyu of Kenya Revenue Authority, which occurred on Wednesday, 18th, June, 2025 after battling a short-term illness.
Beatrice Osare Simiyu was loving daughter of the late James Ngahanyi and the late Hellen Mukabana of Ebukutenga village, Khwisero Sub-County, Kakamega County.
She was the beloved wife of Protus Simiyu.
Loving mother of Kelvin Simiyu, Deborah Diana Simiyu, and Brazil Simiyu of Kongoni, Likuyani, Kakamega County.
Sister of the late Joseph Meso, the late Ruth Omwende, the late Rose Omung’ala, the late Grace Awino, the late Francis Alukwe, the late Elizabeth Kasudi and Pastor Mark Light Anyangu.
Daughter-in-law of late Hudson Jeremiah Wasike and the late mama Ruth Nakhungu.
Aunt of many. Mother-In-law of Brian Ikinyua Kirinya and Petronilla Buchete.
Doting grandmother of Troy Simiyu, Naya Kirinya, Naigel Ngahanyi, Bratile Ondanje, Arina Osare.
Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at her home in Canaan Estate near Highrise, Mbagathi way, Nairobi.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on Friday, 11th July, 2025 for Kongoni, Likuyani, Kakamega County, for burial service on Saturday, 12th July, 2025.
