The family of Sarah Kiambi is saddened to announce her passing on 7th September 2025 after a long illness.
Sarah was a beloved matriarch, a pillar of her family and a true friend to all who knew her.
She will be remembered for her unwavering faith and generosity.
She was the wife of the late Josphat Kiambi. She is the daughter of John Mwirigi and Martha Njeri.
Sarah is survived by her children, Eileen Karanja, Ivy Kiambi and Isabel Omolo.
Mother in-law of Karanja Gichane Michael Kinyanjui and Naftali Omolo.
Her grandchildren are Ian, Olivia, Timmy, Danny, Janine, Zawadi, Tovi and Kenzo.
Sister of the late Wamucii Kamau, the late Mary Wanjiru Kiunyu, Gatarua, the late Zipporah, the late Keziah, Kuria, and Alice Wairimu.
She was also a cherished stepsister of Gatarua, Waigera, Wangari, Wamucii, Njeri, and the late Kimani, Mwaura, Milka, among others.
The cortege will depart from Kenyatta University Funeral home (Thika Road) on Friday 26th September 2025 at 9.00 am.
Funeral service and burial will take place at Bondeni Upper Matasia Ngong at 11.00am.
