It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that the Teachers Service Commission announces the sudden demise of Wilson Kipkorir Langat, which occurred on 30/01/2026.
He was stationed at the TSC Nyando Sub County Office, Kisumu County. He was the beloved husband of Emily Chepkorir Langat.
Son of the late Joseph Kiplangat and the late Esther Chemtai.
Father of Kelvin Kipkirui, (Hyrax College), Gloria Chepkemoi (Kericho TTC), Cynthia Cherotich (Kapchebwai Secondary School) and Collins Kiprotich (Tarnos Academy, Kericho).
Brother of Johana Langat, late Benjamin Langat, Daniel Langat, Stanley Langat, Caroline Chepngetich, Lydia Chepkirui and late Robert Langat.
Son-in-law of the late Pius Chesengeny and Grace Chesengeny.
Cousin of Samwel Cheruiyot, Philemon Cheruiyot, Hellen Langat, Gilbert Cheruiyot and Janet Langat, late Ruth Koech, Rosaline Chepkwony, Jane Ruto and Leah Bittok, Peter Ngetich, Rose Langat and Esther Misik.
Brother-in-law of Christine Langat, Faith Langat, Lydia Langat and Janet Langat.
The cortege leaves St. Vincent De Paul Hospital, Muhoroni today (13th February, 2026), for prayers and burial at his family home in Soin, Sigowet Sub County, Koitaburot Location, Kapchebwai Village, Kericho County.
