With profound sorrow and humble acceptance to God’s will, We the Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Nyeri announce the death of SR.MARGRET RITA WANJIRU NG’ANG’A which occurred on Sunday, 5th October, 2025 at Consolata Hospital – Mathari.
Daughter of Henry Ng’ang’a Githei (Karang’a) , Veronica Mukami Karang’a and Grace Wanjiku Karang’a of Gachika, Kiganjo location Gatundu in Kiambu County.
She was a sister of late Joseph kagari, Salome Njeri, Lucy Gathoni, Late Peter Githei, Ann Wairimu, Eunice Waithira (UK), Evanson Kibuu, Partrick Kiarie, Moses Kamura, Late Dominic Mburu, Paul Njoroge, Ruth Njeri, Esther Njeri, Hannah Wambui, Monica Wairimu, Bilha Nyambura, Eunice Waithira, Peter Githei and Solomon Mugo.
She was a cousin and an aunt of many.
At the time of her demise she was working at Mary Immaculate Hospital –Mweiga.
The cortege leaves Consolata Hospital, St. Michael Funeral Home Mathari on Monday, 13th October, 2025, at 4.00pm followed by a Vigil mass at 6.00pm, at Sisters of Mary Immaculate Mother House, Mathari-Nyeri.
Requiem mass and burial rites to be held at the same place on Tuesday, 14th October, 2025, at 10.00am.
