It is with deep sorrow and in humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of our beloved Princess Juliette Nkirote Marete, who rested peacefully in the Lord on the morning of 4th July 2025 after a brief illness, which she bore with strength and grace.
Princess Juliette was the loving daughter of the late Lt. Col. (Rtd.) Daniel Nteere Marete and Mrs. Mary Kanana Nteere.
She was the cherished sister of Mutuma Nteere and Brenda Mukiri Nteere. Sister-in-law of Purity Mutuma.
A doting aunt of Jabali Mutuma, Ispaniel Yosef Murithi and Fadhili Mutuma.
Granddaughter of the late Amos M’Marete and Mrs. Janet Kanaro M’Marete, and the late Mwalimu Stephen and the late Tryphosa Munyange M’Rinyiru.
Niece of Isaac Kinoti, Julius Muriuki, Stephen Kimathi, Mary Karambu, Peter Kathunkumi, Susan Nkatha, Rebecca Mukombaabu, Paul Kithinji and many others.
She was also a treasured cousin and friend to many.
Princess Juliette was a radiant soul-gentle, kind-hearted, and full of promise.
Her warmth and quiet strength touched many lives, and her absence leaves a void that can never be filled.
Family and friends are meeting daily from 5:30 PM at the family’s Kahawa Sukari home (Garissa Road, 3rd South Avenue) and at their Tutua Village home in Meru County for prayers and funeral arrangements.
Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, 9th July 2025 from 2:00 PM at Kahawa Sukari Baptist Church, Nairobi.
Funeral Service & Burial will be held on Friday, 11th July 2025 at Tutua Village, Buuri East Sub-county, Meru County.
