It is with deep sorrow and heavy heart to announce the demise of our beloved Mum Patricia Wairimu Kungu which occurred on 14th October 2025 at Agha Khan Hospital Nairobi.
She was wife of the late Geofrey Mungai wa Githunguri, daughter of the late Mugo wa Njuguna and the Naomi Wanjiru.
She was Mother of Rose Njeri and Stephen Kiarie Njoroge (Naivasha), Peter Njenga Kungu and Phyliss Njambi (USA), Naomi Wanjiru Kungu, Mary Wambui Kungu (USA), Judy Ngendo Kungu (USA), David Mugo Kungu.
Sister of the late Mary Ngendo Mugo, Mary Njambi (USA), late Margaret Waithira, Rose Wanja (Germany), late John Njuguna, Elizabeth Thithii (USA).
Grandmother of Nicole Wairimu Njenga, Sheldon Njenga, Kamau Mugo, Wairimu Mugo, Malia Malala, Robert Malala, Averry Ngendo, Simon Njoroge Kiarie, Alice Njoki Kiarie.
Great grandmother to many.
The cortege leaves Montemzuma Funeral Home Nairobi at 8.00am, to her home in Kanyawa Tigoni, where the funeral service and burial will be held on Friday 24th
October 2025.
