He was the son of Kengere Bunde and Pauline Nyang’ara (both deceased).”.
He was the husband of Mama Jerusha Ombariga and Mama Lucia Orioro (deceased).
He was father of Meshack & Mary, Alex & Gesare, Naftal & Joyce, Chachi, David, James & Mary, Dr. Nyakawa & Juddie, Gladys & Tom, Richard, Lazaro & Edna, and Jared.
He was the grandfather of Kristicine,Wilfred, Godfrey, Fred, Felix, Eng Clinton, Wakili Billie, Evelyne, Brian, Jeremy among others. Great grandfather of many.
Great, great grandfather of Lincoln Maina.
His siblings are Makori, Ondieki (both deceased) and Kwamboka.
He was uncle of Ondaris – Nyabuto, Hellen and Mogere; Makoris- Tom, Kanini etc; Ondiekis-Osora, Obadiah among others.
Korera of Nyangoto, Maina, Nyambane, Nyantiena, Ting’a (all deceased), Mulure, late Matundura, and Kanyeria among others.
Prayers and funeral arrangements continue both in Kisii and Nairobi.
