It is with humble acceptance and God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Moses Kio Mungai (Former Principal Ndung’u Njenga boys, Ndeiya & Ng’onyi Boys Meru, that occurred on, 14th December 2025, at Kenyatta National Hospital HDU Prime Care.
He was the son of the late Mr John Mungai and Mrs Margaret Njoki of Escarpment Stores, Engineer Town, North Kinangop, Nyandarua county.
He was a loving husband of Anne Njeri.
Doting dad of Margaret Njoki, John Mungai, Mark Karanu, James Muiruri, and Andrew Waweru.
Brother of Muiruri; Eng. Samuel Mwaura of Escarpment Limited, Nairobi; Mwangi; Wairimu; and Kimani.
Loved father in-law of Eric Mwangi Karoki. Cherished grandfather of Jeremy Karoki and Erinne Wangari.
Son in law of the Late Simon Karanu & Teresiah Nyokabi, of Ngachura, Nakuru.
Brother-in-law of Mary Wahome, Jane Kabuba, Agnes Ndungu, Micheal, Veronica Mungai, David & Samuel.
Family & friends are meeting at his home in Engineer Manyatta Village, for prayers & funeral arrangements.
The cortege will leave Engineer Hospital Mortuary (Nyayo Ward), on Saturday, 20th December 2025, at 8:00 am, for the burial service which will take place at his family’s farm in Bignano Village, Engineer, Nyandarua County.
