It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mwalimu Julie Gacoki Manji (Mrs. Manji). Former Principal Kiria-ini Girls, on 31st January 2026.
She was the beloved wife of Benjamin G.Manji.
Loving mother of Henry Ndegwa Manji (CPF), mother-in-law of Maureen Ndegwa (Del Monte) and cherished grandmother of Julie Njoki, Angelina, and Angeline of Bishop Njuguna Academy.
She was daughter of the late Zebedee Kabubi and Eva Wambui of Gituru Village, Murang’a County.
Sister of the late Bernard Kimari, late Rosemary Wangui Ndung’u, late Cecilia Wangeci, late Francis Karanja, Benedetta Wairegi and Joseph Maina.
Prayers and planning meetings are taking place daily at her home in Gaturi Village and at Homeland Inn from 6:00 p.m.
The burial will take place on Friday, 6th February 2026, at her home, Gaturi Location, Murang’a County, starting at 9:00 a.m
