Daughter of the late Joan Wangui Karimi and adoptive daughter of Judith Wangeci Karimi. Beloved sister of Kevin Karimi.
Loving mother of Brooke Wangui Gathoni. Granddaughter of the late Wilson Karimi Kibuga and Canon Joyce Gathoni Karimi.
Loving niece of Dr Daniel & Mary Kibuga, Zakayo & Nancy Karimi, George Gichimu Karimi, Erastus & Annie Thoronjo, Alice Njoki Karimi, Patrick & Mary Karimi.
Cousin, friend and colleague to many.
Funeral planning meetings are taking place daily at the family home in Kagumo, Kirinyaga County from 5.00pm – 7.00pm.
Friends and family are meeting at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Tuesday 10th February 5.00pm – 8.00pm & Thursday 12th February from 5.00pm – 8.00 p.m.
Burial will take place on Saturday 14th February 2026 at the family home in Kagumo, Kirinyaga County starting at 10.00am.
